How much should I give to the Annual Giving Campaign? That is the $75,000 question!
The most important thing to remember is that everyone needs to give every year. The amount you give is a very personal decision and should be based on a number of factors.
When deciding on the amount of your gift, please consider the following:
- The 2011-12 Annual Giving Campaign goal is $75,000
- In private school education, it is a general rule of thumb that tuition only covers 70-80% of the cost of educating a student. St. Luke's tuition falls in that range.
- This year we are asking each family to consider giving $30/month for 9 months. That is approximately $7.50/week (or the cost of an average lunch special at a local sandwich shop. If that amount is not possible, just give what you can. Your participation percentage is the exact same as everyone else! If you can give more, please do, as we know not everyone is in a position to participate at that level.
- You may prefer to make a one-time contribution
- As a 501 (3)c, contributions to St. Luke's are tax-deductible
- The amount you determine will be sincerely appreciated.
