St. Luke’s offers four payment plans:
- Annual: One payment that is billed July 1.
- Semi-Annual: The first payment is billed August 1 and the second payment is billed February 1.
- Four Payment Plan: The four payments are billed August 1, November 1, February 1, and April 1.
- 11 Month Plan: Payments are billed on the first of each month beginning July 1 and ending on May 1.
Tuition Discounts
- Annual Payment Discount: Payment must be made in full by July 15 or discount is cancelled. Deduct $180 from Annual Tuition Rates for full day programs through Grade 10. Deduct $90 from Annual Tuition Rates for all half day programs paid in full by July 15.
- Multiple Child Discount: $250 discount for 2nd child; $500 discount for 3rd child and each subsequent child. No multiple child discounts apply for K3-two and three day classes.
Fees
Registration Fee
- $100 per student (non-refundable) before Feb. 1, 2012. $200 per student after Feb. 1, 2012.
New Student Fee
- A one time fee of $250 for newly enrolled students. (non-refundable)
Capital Improvement Fee
- $300 per family applies to students in K3-two and three day programs.
- $500 per family applies to students in K3 full day and K4 through 12th.
- This fee is billed on the June 1 statement.
Student Fee
- $245 – K3 and K4
- $310 – Kindergarten
- $360 – Grades 1-8
- $385 – Grades 9 -12
- The student fee covers the cost of field trips, a student yearbook, health fee, computer fee, science lab fee, drug testing (Upper School), etc.
Tuition Insurance
The Tuition Insurance Refund Plan is made available to all families at an additional cost.
